Yes, you can book directly and I will provide you with a gift certificate for your chosen service.
No. Cry-it-out is a sleep training method where a child is left to cry without intervention until they fall asleep. Although some crying is normal and to be expected when making changes to your child’s routine, especially with babies, this is not a method I feel comfortable with. We will discuss and agree upon a method that suits your preferences and parenting style.
I can support you with your baby’s sleep from the beginning, however for sleep training (teaching independent sleep), I recommend from 4 months old at the earliest.
No, for medical advice you will need to speak to your GP or other medical professional. The advice I give, although experience and evidence-based, is not and shouldn’t be considered to be medical advice.
No; your fees pay for my time and your personalised plans and packages. I understand life can be unpredictable and circumstances change, in such instances, cancellations and refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. I’m unable to offer you a guaranteed outcome from my services.
For preparing for baby and newborn support packages, I recommend booking at the earliest during your third trimester. For all other services, as early as possible to guarantee availability, although short-notice bookings are welcome subject to availability.
