Helping You & Your Baby
A maternity nurse in your pocket. For many expectant parents, employing a full-time 24-hour private maternity nurse is prohibitively expensive and feels too invasive.
My virtual maternity nurse services intend to bridge the gap between that option and what is routinely available, supporting new parents with support and practical guidance.

FAQs
Can your plans be bought as gifts?
Yes, you can book directly and I will provide you with a gift certificate for your chosen service.
Does your sleep training approach use cry-it-out?
No. Cry-it-out is a sleep training method where a child is left to cry without intervention until they fall asleep. Although some crying is normal and to be expected when making changes to your child’s routine, especially with babies, this is not a method I feel comfortable with. We will discuss and agree upon a method that suits your preferences and parenting style.
At what age can I begin sleep training?
I can support you with your baby’s sleep from the beginning, however for sleep training (teaching independent sleep), I recommend from 4 months old at the earliest.
Are you able to offer medical advice?
No, for medical advice you will need to speak to your GP or other medical professional. The advice I give, although experience and evidence-based, is not and shouldn’t be considered to be medical advice.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
No; your fees pay for my time and your personalised plans and packages. I understand life can be unpredictable and circumstances change, in such instances, cancellations and refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. I’m unable to offer you a guaranteed outcome from my services.
How early in advance can I book?
For preparing for baby and newborn support packages, I recommend booking at the earliest during your third trimester. For all other services, as early as possible to guarantee availability, although short-notice bookings are welcome subject to availability.
